We strongly prefer that our clients make arrangements for their email services though one of the national email providers, like Outlook online, Gmail, or others. They will be able to give you email through their service, with your own domain name. (bob@myname.com)
For smaller clients we will actually host email.
The reason we prefer to not host your email is that email is the number one risk to inviting malware to your site. Huge international players like GMail have far more resources to stop the spread of virus, and spam than we do.
Form most smaller businesses, we enthusiastically recommend google Gmail.
We will also help interface your website with your CRM email. If you are using Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Aweber, or any of the other larger mail houses, we can almost certainly support you.
